We had a wonderful evening at Adele's Cookery & Supper Club last Wednesday. We were in a small group in lovely surroundings. Adele and Carmela were welcoming and attentive, the food was delicious and we now know what we've been doing wrong when we cook our risottos at home so we're looking forward to trying out the new techniques!
