Terms & Conditions

Open Cooking Classes & Events

 

All classes must be paid for in full at the time of booking. You will receive a booking confirmation by email.

Our cooking classes, events, and supper clubs that are open to the public are non-refundable. No changes can be made if the class is missed. By registering for a class, you agree to these terms.

If you are unable to attend, you may:

  • Send someone else in your place (subject to prior notification to us), or

  • Request to transfer your booking to another upcoming event, subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the date of your class.

If another person will attend in your place, please let us know their name in advance.

If you are purchasing a class for someone else, please provide their email address for correspondence.

For Open Cooking Classes & Events, a minimum number of participants is required for the event to take place:

  • Open Cooking Classes: minimum 4 attendees

  • Supper Clubs and guest chef collaboration events: minimum 8 attendees

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a class or event due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.

In this case, we will offer you the option to transfer to another course or event. If this option is not suitable, you will receive a full refund. You will be informed at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or event. 

Private and Corporate Cooking Classes & Events

 

Couple & One to One Cooking Classes

 

All classes must be paid for in full at the time of booking. You will receive a booking confirmation by email.

Couple and One-to-One Cooking Classes are non-refundable. No changes can be made if the class is missed. By registering for a class, you agree to these terms. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

If sufficient notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate a change of date. Requests must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled class date and any rescheduled class must take place within 6 months, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a private cookery class with up to 48 hours’ notice due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will offer to reschedule the class at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.

 

Private Parties & Corporate Events

 

All private events require a 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure your date. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 1 week before the event date. You will receive a booking confirmation by email once your deposit has been received.

All Private Parties & Corporate Events, including Small Group Cooking Classes and Kids Cooking Parties, are non-refundable. No changes can be made if the class or event is missed. No refunds will be issued for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

If sufficient notice is given, we will do our best to accommodate a change of date. Requests must be made at least 14 days before the scheduled event date. Any rescheduled booking must take place within 6 months and is subject to availability.

If you cancel with less than 14 days notice, the full deposit paid for the event will be retained and no date changes will be possible.

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a private cookery class or event with up to 48 hours’ notice due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, we will offer to reschedule the event at your convenience. If this option is not suitable, you will receive a full refund.
