MammaLina hosts Carmela's Kitchen's 'Taste of Molise' cooking class and supper club experience

This week, we were delighted to host an event with Carmela's Kitchen.
Carmela, who is based in Northamptonshire, is a passionate Italian cookery tutor who specialises in the art of making pasta (also known as a pastaia).
The event, sponsored by Filippo Berio UK, was a 'Taste of Molise' cooking class and supper club experience.
Carmela and I had the most amazing time together, sharing our concept of regional cucina povera dining from our region of Molise.
