My wife and I attended a private pasta making class at MammaLina and had an exceptional experience. Firstly the setting is beautiful with a modern studio looking out onto a colourful garden.

Adele was very welcoming, greeting us with tea and home made Italian biscuits. The class was brilliant - we learnt to make the fresh pasta dough by hand, with lots of tips from Adele to make it easy. Then using that dough we made tagliatelle and ravioli. We also learnt to make ricotta gnocchi.

The best bit of any cooking class is the eating and MammaLina did not disappoint. All of the pastas tasted amazing - in particular Adele made us lunch with the gnocchi and it was so flavourful. We also had loads of delicious pasta to take home to enjoy with friends and family.

Before the course I felt pasta was something too difficult or time consuming to make at home. Now after making it with Adele I feel confident to make it at home.
