Join us on Thursday 27 November, 10am–2pm, for a delightful, hands-on Italian cooking experience at MammaLina Cookery School in Wanstead!
You’ll learn how to make sourdough focaccia from scratch, using a live sourdough starter. We’ll guide you step-by-step to achieve that perfect airy texture and golden crust focaccia bread - ideal for festive entertaining.
You’ll also bake authentic Italian biscotti - cantucci - a classic treat perfect for homemade Christmas gifts. 🎄
Once our focaccia is baking to perfection, we’ll gather for a mouthwatering Italian-style brunch, featuring a spread of delicious homemade dishes.
