Join us for a delightful, hands-on Italian cooking experience at MammaLina Cookery School!
In this class, you’ll learn to make sourdough focaccia from scratch, using a live starter, guided step-by-step to achieve the perfect airy texture and golden crust.
You’ll also discover how to make authentic Pizza in Teglia - the homemade Italian party favourite I grew up with!
Once our focaccia is baking to perfection, we’ll gather for a mouthwatering Italian-style brunch, featuring a spread of delicious homemade dishes.
Bring a friend or come solo - this is the perfect opportunity to cook, learn, and socialise with like-minded people!
What you will learn:
How to choose the right ingredients, from flour selection to high-quality tomatoes
The fundamentals of dough hydration and how it impacts texture and structure

Our “Cookery & Supper” classes and events are non-refundable. No changes are allowed if the class is missed. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
Should you not be able to attend you can either:
Send someone else to attend on your behalf (subject to prior notification to us)
Request at least 3 working days before the date of your class, to postpone it to another upcoming event, depending on availability.
For Open Pasta Making Classes, we require a minimum of 6 participants attending the event and we reserve the right to cancel the class due to insufficient enrollment or if we need to postpone it due to an unforeseen occurrence.
We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 48 hours before the class. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch at adele@mammalina.co.uk.
