About the event
Join us for an exclusive Italian Cookery & Dining Experience hosted by Adele Ursitti of Mammalina Cookery School, with special guest Carmela Sereno Hayes from Carmela’s Kitchen - proudly sponsored by Filippo Berio.
Spend a relaxing evening immersed in hands-on cooking, storytelling, and a beautiful shared supper inspired by the beautiful Puglia region of Southern Italy.
This is more than a supper club - it’s a cookery & dining experience, the perfect opportunity to unwind from busy lives, reconnect with friends and family, meet like-minded people, channel your creative energy, and of course, enjoy delicious Italian food while learning new skills.
We will also have a very special guest this time: Adele’s mamma, visiting all the way from Italy! She’ll join in the cooking and delight you with some surprise dishes.
Hands-on Orecchiette Workshop & Demonstration of Starters
Learn how to make Orecchiette from scratch using traditional techniques. You’ll master rolling, shaping, and creating this iconic pasta by hand.
Our super talented pastaia Carmela, will be by your side sharing her best tips, tricks, and a touch of Italian flair throughout the class.
Adele will also demonstrate how to assemble a fresh, fragrant Panzanella salad made with seasonal ingredients.
After the workshop, we’ll gather around the table to enjoy a relaxed, seasonal four-course Italian spring feast in the beautiful surroundings of MammaLina Cookery School.

This class can be personalised for groups of 4 or more people, please refer to the Private & Small Group Cooking Classes section of our website.
Terms & Conditions:
Our “Cookery & Dining” events are non-refundable. No changes are allowed if the class is missed. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
Should you not be able to attend you can either:
Send someone else to attend on your behalf (subject to prior notification to us)
Request at least 5 working days before the date of your class, to postpone it to another upcoming event, depending on availability.
We require a minimum of 8 participants attending the event and reserve the rights to cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or if we need to postpone it due to an unforeseen occurrence.
We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 48 hours before the class.
