About the event
After the fantastic success of our May and June events, we’re excited to announce a brand-new autumn edition of our popular “Italian Cookery & Dining Experience”, hosted by Adele Ursitti and special guest Carmela Sereno Hayes, and sponsored by the leading olive oil company, Filippo Berio.
This cosy evening will celebrate the comforting, rich flavours of the season - think pumpkin infused pasta and more heartwarming Italian dishes inspired by the cucina povera of Southern Italy. Full Menu coming soon.
Carmela and Adele, both originally from the “Molise” region in the South of Italy, share the same passion for cooking authentic homemade Italian food, echoing the “cucina povera” tradition of cooking, a simple and delicious style of cooking which uses seasonal produce where possible.

What’s included:
Welcome Prosecco and canapés
A hands-on pasta-making workshop, where you'll learn to make pumpkin-infused gnocchetti and other traditional Southern Italian shapes using semolina dough and simple tools. Carmela and Adele will guide you through every step with warmth and expertise.
Learn tips, tricks and traditions passed down through generations - plus the best sauces to pair with your handmade pasta
Sit down to enjoy a four-course homemade Italian feast, cooked with love and packed with seasonal, autumnal flavours

Please note:
Adele is able to offer and teach gluten free beginners’ pasta as a separate class
This class can be personalised for groups of 4 or more people, please refer to the Private & Small Group Cooking Classes section of our website.
Terms & Conditions:
Our “Cookery & Dining” events are non-refundable. No changes are allowed if the class is missed. When you register for a class, you agree to these terms.
Should you not be able to attend you can either:
Send someone else to attend on your behalf (subject to prior notification to us)
Request at least 5 working days before the date of your class, to postpone it to another upcoming event, depending on availability.
We require a minimum of 8 participants attending the event and reserve the rights to cancel the class due to insufficient enrolment or if we need to postpone it due to an unforeseen occurrence.
We will, at your convenience, transfer you onto another course; if this option does not suit, you will receive a full refund. In this case, you will be informed at least 48 hours before the class.
